The Physical Education program, elective sports clubs, and a modern, professionally invested facility infrastructure help Edison students enhance their physical fitness, improve health, and stature. Additionally, regular health, nutrition, and family skills education programs elevate students’ understanding of nutrition and food, gradually forming healthy eating habits. The partnership with the Catering department, adhering to modern standards and the highest requirements for food safety, and the diversity in the menu; and the Health department, with meticulous, regular care for health and safety… provide Edison students with assurance in nutritional balance and physical safety.

GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP CAPABILITIES

The English as a Second Language (ESL) program following the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for Standard System; and the international program based on the Common Core Standards of the USA for the Bilingual Program with subjects like ESL, Native English (ENL), US Math (Maths), and English Science help Edison students gradually become global citizens: mastering the global language, having a solid knowledge foundation, and being well-prepared to explore the world, thereby expanding their learning resources, understanding the world, and joining the global educational environment. This forms their ability to work in a global environment, adapt, integrate, and succeed in various living and working environments.

TECHNOLOGY, STEAM & CREATIVE CAPABILITIES

Exclusive programs in Digital Citizenship Education, Computer Science – Information Technology, STEAM & Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) according to US standards help Edison students develop thinking skills and digital citizenship capabilities, including digital skills, safe online living and working abilities, IT skills, STEAM application skills (science, mathematics, engineering, technology combined with arts), and early creative skills. Possessing these capabilities and the ability to apply them in learning and life opens opportunities for students to connect with the world and safely control their lives; optimizing digital working capabilities; living and working safely online, especially in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, AI, and the Internet of Things (IoT).

A systematic organization of Life Skills programs, Homeroom topics, Interdisciplinary Projects, Extracurricular Projects, Clubs… led by students throughout the year helps Edison students develop essential skills to adapt to life, confidently take control of themselves, and positively adjust, adapt, and behave in different environments.

Notably, Edison students initiate and lead many school programs and activities, managing Clubs, Projects, Student Councils, … with passionate support from teachers.
