With the concept of “a teacher never stops learning”, for me the journey to teaching is not simply about going to class every day, but also a dedicated investment in the development of students. At Edison An Khanh red brick school, the teacher is not only a imparter of knowledge but also an inspiration, opening the door for his students to discover and develop their own potential. I understand that each student has their own diversity and uniqueness that should be respected and encouraged. In particular, with Primary School being the initial foundation level, the requirement for teachers is flexibility and vividness in organizing learning activities to gain knowledge, as well as in the way of educating the soul. , personalities with extremely innocent and pure souls are never enough, especially for dedicated teachers. While working at the school, receiving encouragement and help from experienced teachers as well as colleagues, I felt more confident, thereby devoting all my efforts to learning, find ways to do it appropriately and effectively. I personally feel very happy and proud to be associated with the first grade 4 students at this new school. It is the innocence, intelligence and fun of the children that are my luggage, the motivation, and the invisible thread that connects my love for every lesson in class. My success is simply feeling happy, small happy things. Happiness is only when you see your children grow up, when you see them playing safely, when you know how to be polite and obedient. Happiness is when children know how to share and care for each other. Happiness is when your handwriting is neat and your calculations are neatly presented. Happy to see my children know how to make efforts and try to surpass themselves. Happiness is when children know how to admit their mistakes and correct them, or simply because they come to class diligently every day. Only those who have been standing on the podium can feel the immense happiness and nobility of the teaching profession. A profession where the hardships and concerns are also the glory!
